Our journey began in 2019 as a youth-led initiative dedicated to serving the community, supporting immigrants and newcomers, and promoting human dignity. Through years of organizing community events, fostering dialogue, and building bridges, our grassroots effort evolved into Cayan—a unified non-profit organization established to scale our impact, advocate for human rights, and drive meaningful community development.
